Easy Kim Chi Jigae Noodle soup

I love Korean Kim chi jigae or spicy kim chi soup. It totally whets my appetite and is lovely on a cool day or in an air-conditioned restaurant of course! I was experimenting at home and came up with a pseudo kim chi jijae noodle soup that makes a nice light lunch.
