Sentidos Tapas is not owned by YTL. The lady who spoke to us made it quite clear that SHE was the owner and they are owned by Flamenco’s.

Pity about that lady’s poor attitude! I was actually thinking that the pictures of the food was quite enticing and I would have liked to go there, but after reading about your encounter, I would not step into Sentidos Tapas!

How presumptous she was to think that you were commenting on the food in order to get a free meal, especially when she was the one who invited the comments in the first place!

Well, she sure got her publicity now…

asking for comments then determining which ones she wants to accept? the woman’s bonkers! too bad for her though, since if she’s done it to you, I reckon she’s done it to others as well.

btw I don’t think she even knows the meaning of ‘constructive criticism’…maybe you should have cut her off with “this is not the experience we wanted, would be better if you could serve your customers instead of jumping at them – how’s that for ‘constructive criticism’?” XD
