Heya! I came across your site and it was interesting cos I went to Hakone too and they now sell eggs at 100 yen each, you don’t need to buy the whole lot. The one I had is actually very soft boiled. It does tastes like normal, really fresh egg though, but not hard boiled like yours. Where did you buy yours? I bought it on the second stop of the cable car

yeah i agree with bee, it is always the been there, done tht kind of thing for tourists. lol.

maybe it’s just one of those things to add to the ‘been there, done that, bought the t-shirt’ (or in this case, eggs!) i’d have to admit though, it sounds a lot more exotic than it looks!
