Whenever I’m in Singapore, I like to have their dry beef noodles. Its essentially thick white noodles with a thick beef stock sauce poured over it, and slices of freshly cooked beef, tripe and beef balls.
It is not unlike the Seremban beef noodles which I had in Petaling Jaya (although it originates from Seremban). The problem however, is that like the Seremban beef noodles, I don’t know where to go for good ones in Singapore!
The last few times I was in Singapore, I was looking for a good place to have this dry beef noodles. I didn’t have transport to go out to the more suburban parts of the city state, so I ended up mostly at food courts. The one I had at the Food Republic food court in Wisma Atria was not too bad.
But if there are any Singaporeans out there, do tell me where I can find some yummy dry beef noodles in Singapore for the next time I visit?
