Just wanted to say that food courts are not known to serve the best hawker fare (they&#039;re mainly good for the aircon), so I wouldn&#039;t judge the Sg style Hokkien hay mee based on this one experience.  The good ones are indeed moist without being soupy and I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll enjoy them a lot more :)</description>
