		<description>YES!  We own a set of Henckel knives, I think our series is the 7pcs Professional S.  We bought them over a year ago, spent quite a bit on them but we never regretted it.  Trust me. 
These knives are beautifully weighted and when you hold them in your hand, they sit just so.  They are very sharp and great for cutting those delicate thin slices of lime for your gin and tonics.  :)
If you can, get those knives.  Make sure your logo is the twin man, this means they are made in Germany and have a lifetime guarantee.  If your logo has a single man, it&#039;s made in China and has no lifetime guarantee.  Also, ask if you can get a freebie like the knife sharpener.  The sharpening steel in the block is not exactly user-friendly.  Or ask for some kitchen scissors as your block does not have one. 
Brilliant knives.  You can come test-drive at my place if you like.</description>
