Nescafe Instant Mocha Chocco and Cappuccino

Nescafe Mocha Chocco and Cappucino

What better way to start of the New Year of 2008 than with a post about my favourite beverage - coffee?! :)

These Nescafe packs are from my most recent trip to Bangkok where I came across the Nescafe instant Mocha Chocco and Cappuccino. They came in bags of 5 sticks of premixed coffee. All you have to do is add hot water - doesn’t get easier than that!

Nescafe CappucinoThe Cappuccino has a nice froth as you add the hot water which makes it very much like the original you would get from a coffee machine. I found that the coffee was a tad mild (most instant coffees are for me) so I added a teaspoonful of instant coffee granules into the mix and… ahh…. bliss! It is nice that the coffee isn’t too sweet.

I wasn’t too enamoured with the Mocha Chocco one - felt it was too mild for my tastes. Those who don’t like thick coffee would enjoy it though. We don’t get these here in Malaysia (pity!) so you can bet I’m hoarding and savouring every packet I have left!

PB says: Wooh! Happy New Year LB!

The Mocha Chocco looks a bit like the Mochacino sold in Indonesia, you can find the post on my website. Seems like I need to go to Thailand next to add more Nescafes to my collection. Happy New Year!

PB says: Thanks for your website. Its really interesting.

Just a follow-up. I made a post on Nescafe Malaysia, just follow the link above. Feel free to comment and correct any mistakes.
